“I have been through it myself in terms of transitioning from white-collar to running an electrical business,” she said.
“I enjoy getting to know what drives women and helping them to discover their ‘ah – ha’ moment where they go: ‘I never thought of that. That really speaks to me and resonates with me.”
Before entering the Trades Industry, Joyie worked in financial services for over 13 years and ran her own art business.
Notably, one of her public artworks was sold for $6,200, contributing to a fundraiser for the Royal Children’s Hospital in Victoria.
Her entrepreneurial experiences uniquely position her to support women in finding a career that matches their skills and career goals.
